I am a hairstylists nightmare. I sit in the chair and try very hard to not "direct" the haircut. This is a difficult task for me so I'm not always successful at keeping my mouth shut. I know how my hair and how it responds to certain cuts. Cut the layers too short and it goes crazy. Leave it too long and it's too heavy. Texturize it too much and it's too wispy. Not enough texturizing and it's too bulky.
My locks will be cut this Wednesday and I can't wait to lop it all off. I promised myself that I will just sit in the chair and let Michael work his magic. I'm not going to say anything other than "do what you want".
I realize now how thankful I am to have clients that fully trust me and let me do my thing. Thanks guys. And gals for that matter. Mind you, if you read the post below, who would I be thanking?
