Today was almost a complete waste for me. I had 1 cancellation and 2 no shows. The no shows were booked for pretty long services too. UGH! What's up with that?
I do hope all is well with those clients and it wasn't some emergency. Emergencies do happen. That is obviously forgivable.
Clients who don't call to cancel just for the sake of it annoy me in the worst way. It makes me want to do some evil snipping the next time I see them. Those who know me know that my bark is bigger than my bite. I would never do that. But I do think it!
I'm going to go have a cocktail now as all is not good with the Sharon.

You should point out to them, next time you see them that it costs you alot of money when people don't show up for their appointments without calling. At least if they call you can take others to fill the time slot. Peckerheads.
